If customers agree with price and availability, the following information is needed:
- Performa invoice and bank information will be sent.
- Shipping date will be noticed and customers will receive plants within 20 working days.

- Packing list / Packing invoice
- Bill of lading
- Certificate of origin
- A phyto-sanitary certificate and /or CITES certificate (issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand)
